Privacy notice

Last updated: 28 July 2026

Riverbank Fintech Review (“Riverbank,” “we,” “us”) respects the privacy of visitors and prospective clients. This notice explains what personal data we collect through https://infrawebconnect.digital and related enquiry channels, and how we use it.

Data controller

Riverbank Fintech Review is the controller for personal data collected via this website. Contact: hello@infrawebconnect.digital, 552 W 4th Street, 基隆縣, 福建省, Taiwan, +886-9-632-4299.

Data we collect

  • Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, organisation context in free text)
  • Engagement preferences (selected service, preferred dates, scope notes)
  • Technical data such as browser type and pages visited if analytics cookies are accepted
  • Cookie preference stored locally in your browser

Purposes and bases

We use enquiry data to respond to requests, prepare fee ranges, and—if you proceed—to open an engagement file. The legal basis is steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in operating a professional audit practice. Analytics cookies run only with consent. Essential cookies support security and preference storage.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Engagement records follow retention periods in the engagement letter and applicable professional record-keeping duties, often up to seven years for workpapers relevant to regulatory matters.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with IT hosting providers who process it on our instructions, or with professional advisers bound by confidentiality. If a matter requires disclosure to a regulator or counterparty, we do so only under the engagement terms or legal obligation.

International transfers

Our primary operations and office are in Taiwan. If a hosting or email provider stores data outside Taiwan, we select providers that offer appropriate contractual protections and limit the data transferred to what is necessary for the service.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and related rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise rights, email hello@infrawebconnect.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.

Children

This site is directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Cookies

Details of cookie types, durations, and controls appear on our Cookies page.
